Bill Worthen, CEO: Mr. Worthen has had previous start-up experience as the founder of Techies.com, a high profile Minneapolis based start-up.  He was the Senior Sales Executive for IBM's largest communications integrator, where he managed both the sales force and the field engineering sales support group. 

Tim Kost, CFO:  Mr. Kost also has had previous start-up experience at the CFO level and served in that capacity in both large and midsized companies. 

Dean Hillesheim, CIO: Mr. Hillesheim leads our technology department. He has CIO level experience and has managed technical data communications engineering personnel who were responsible for technical maintenance functions of some of the largest data communications networks in the world.

Phil Sura, VP of Automotive Operations: Mr. Sura brings over 20 years of automotive related experience in sales and management. He spent five years with Chrysler Credit, followed by thirteen years with the Resource Dealer Group. Seven of the years with Resource were spent managing 100+ finance and insurance offices for dealerships in the area.  He also ran the western half of the nation in a joint venture with Resource and Chrysler focused on driving process development for 1,500 dealerships and managed Intercept, which was one of the key drivers for the BDC concept. Afterwards, he spent three years as a General Manager with two metro dealerships.
